Automation Direct is free and I can start writing code the second I download it. This is my first time using AB for work (I learned PLC using RSLogix 500 lite) and I cant even get it to run. I've been stuck in Idaho for the past 5 fucking days and I can't even get work started because Rockwell decided it wants people to pay out their ass for software they aren't allowed to use. My grace period is about to end and I can't even get previous versions to work (fatal errors on startup). I've been trying to activate Studio 5000 for the past 3 days now.
